Summary: The Alliance has made a submission to Fianna Fáil on the review of the Programme for Government. In its Programme for Government 2007–2012, agreed in June 2007, the Fianna Fáil and Green Party coalition Government made 219 commitments that affect children’s lives.In its review of the Programme for Government, Fianna Fáil has the opportunity to ensure that commitments that most matter to children are honoured. The Alliance urges Fianna Fáil to live up to its commitments to children and act as advocates for children’s rights.
