The Alliance welcomes the publication of the Heads of the Children First Bill 2012, the intention of the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to give statutory effect to the Children First Guidance, and the opportunity to be consulted on them by the Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children. The Alliance wishes to thank its many member organisations who contributed significantly to the development of this submission.
