Young Social Innovators (YSI) is a not-for-profit national education body which promotes youth-led social innovation. YSI provides a range of programmes in schools and youth organisations and also offers professional development for educators. Students work in terms, explore social issues that concern them and develop creative responses and solutions to social need. Events such as YSI’s regional Speak Out Tour and the Young Social Innovators of the Year Awards provide a platform to showcase and celebrate youth-led innovation. Accelerator initiates such as the YSI Den and Elevate support young people in furthering the impact of their innovations. Our work is infused with a commitment to human rights and sustainable development.
