Future Voices focuses on those teenagers attending the lowest performing DEIS schools, particularly those coming from deeply entrenched backgrounds of inter-generational poverty. Delivering services aimed at children and young people between the ages of 13 and 18, it focuses on breaking the cycle and widening access to education through an intensive 3 year programme of coaching and mentoring, alongside providing specialist support and building confidence and well-being through self-advocacy and education outside the formal educational system.
