On 16 February 2010, the Joint Committee on the Constitutional Amendment on Children published its Third and Final Report, Proposal for a constitutional amendment to strengthen children’s rights. The Children’s Rights Alliance has compiled this Briefing Note to provide an overview of the Committee’s Report. It aims to inform our member organisations, and is subject to change. It does not represent the official response of the Alliance to the Committee’s Report.
