Our Voices, Our Realities offers a glimpse into the lives of children and young people in Ireland today. The material presented here reflects the innocence and beauty of children’s minds and their optimism and hopes for their futures. It also provides a stark reminder of the struggles some children face in their daily lives. In addition to having their own integral value, the experiences and ideas reflected in this report offer a vibrant and challenging complement to Ireland’s Second National Report and to the Shadow Report submitted by the Alliance to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child.
