Report Card 2015 evaluates the Government on its progress during 2014 in meeting its commitments to children, as set out in the 2011 Programme for Government. This year it is awarded an overall ‘C’ grade, reflecting some good and bad individual results, with literacy and the school building programme both awarded an ‘A’, but progress on children in poverty awarded an 'F'.
